The Simpsons Hit & Run has a warning meter that indicates when the police will retaliate for bad behavior. Located in the bottom-right corner of the screen, the circular 'hit and run' meter fills up when the character runs people over or destroys objects, and it will decrease when they cease doing so. Create a folder on your hardrive (I named mine ‘Simpsons Hit Run’)
Copy all the files from CD1 to the newly created folder.
From CD2 copy ‘data3.cab’ file to the same newly created folder.
From CD3 copy ‘data4.cab’ file to the same newly created folder.
NOTE: This next bit is a bit hard to explain but I will try and put it in simple terms with as much detail as possible!
Now you will need a Hex Editor (I used Hex Workshop v4.23 Search for it using Google)
Using Hex Workshop open the ‘Simpsons.inx’ file.
In Hex Workshop go to ‘Edit’ then ‘Goto’ (The little ‘Goto’ box will open)
In the ‘Goto’ box, type in 6CBE for the Offset. Click ‘Hex’ and Click ‘Beginning of File’
Then Click the ‘Go’ Button.
This will take you to an entry (Instruction) starting with ‘2100’
Starting at the 2100 all these numbers need to be changed from:

Changed to:

After changing these numbers you can save the file and close Hex Workshop.
Add another folder named Crack or NoCD and place the NoCD crack into it! (You can name the folder whatever you wish it’s just for holding the crack).
NOTE: Adding a folder for the crack is how I personally prefer to do it!
Then use Nero to burn the contents of the Simpsons Hit Run folder to a DVD using the Label Simpsons Hit Run. (You can use whatever label you wish)
Now you will have a DVD that WILL install without asking for CD2 or CD3!
The only message you will receive (at the end of the install) is one asking you if you would like a Desktop Shortcut and telling you, you already have DirectX installed.
After the install replace the original game exe with the one from the ‘Crack’ folder.

The Simpsons: Hit & Run is an action-adventure video game based on the American animated sitcom, The Simpsons. Hit & Run has seven levels, each with missions and sub-plot. The player can control one specific character in each level. The game’s playable characters are Homer, Bart, Lisa, Marge, and Apu. Homer and Bart are played twice. When travelling on foot, the player character can walk, run, and perform three types of melee attacks: a normal kick, a jumping kick, and a smashing move. To drive, the player can either commandeer one of the many civilian vehicles that drive endlessly around town, or use a phone booth to select a car. Level 3 simpsons hit and run. The game’s driving missions are also similar to those of Grand Theft Auto III. In both games, the player races against other characters, collects items before a timer runs out, and wrecks other cars.
How to Download & Install The Simpsons: Hit & Run
- Click the Download button below and you should be redirected to UploadHaven.
- Wait 5 seconds and click on the blue ‘download now’ button. Now let the download begin and wait for it to finish.
